The staff was genuinely wonderful. i found them kind and caring. They helped organize things i needed. the breakfast had fresh preparation. the location looked superb. It allowed reach to places i wanted to see. the hotel design was lovely too.
my room had a small size. it was ill-ventilated. it smelled of drains too.

the hotel has central location. it is ideally placed. sightseeing is nearby. the neighborhood seem quiet. the hotel provides tranquility with easy access to attractions, and travel looks convenient from the hotel.

I tried both sri lankan and international options at breakfast. I loved both. the kitchen seem to serve quality meals. breakfasts included choices like turkish menamen. the restaurant service was excellent, including the evening meal.

proper ventilation terrible drain smell
the open air dining room was lovely and the breakfasts there were the best i had. the staff were professional and friendly too.
The room felt small and lacked proper ventilation. the drain smell was terrible. It woke me up a few nights. the smell was really intolerable at certain times of the day.

The hotel staff quickly arranged tuk-tuks for local trips. The breakfast at the restaurant was huge and delicious. The location felt secure and quiet, a great plus.
The mattresses could be a bit softer.

Really good Boutique Hotel Experience

excellent design clean environment
This boutique hotel had an excellent design and maintained a very clean environment. The staff always smiled. The breakfast was really good (especially the Sri Lankan options!).
My room was located near the bar. Therefore, the noise from the bar was quite noticeable.

The hotel restaurant provided an amazing curated menu with considerable variety. It had a convenient location right in the hotel. It always had a great atmosphere with superb and well-presented food.

The hotel included tastefully designed with huge art pieces. There was a pleasant bar and restaurant area . I found a well kept small courtyard with vegetation and two small pools.

The staff members were consistently kind and cute at all times (Arun was particularly attentive). The hotel offered excellent service and delicious food choices from an extensive menu. I felt genuinely spoilt with Sri Lankan hospitality.
